Does the University have electric vehicle charging points?
Yes, the University have these available.
Is there food available?
The Bramall coffee shop sells sandwiches, hot/ cold drinks and snacks which are available 8am-8pm. Pizza Van serves pizza from 11am-4pm.
There is a Spar on campus 2-3 minute walk from the Great Hall.
Please note the University is a cashless venue so they only accept debit or credit cards. However the vans accept both cash and card.
The coffee shop can cater for Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan diets.
What can I do if I have left over event vouchers from my Play Pass at the end of the day?
Unused event vouchers that came with your Play Pass can be redeemed for prize tix after 4pm on the last day of your pass. Event vouchers you buy on the day cannot be redeemed
Does buying one of your competitive or other named event tickets allow me to access the hall or other events during the weekend?
Yes, each of our headline events comes with a Weekend Pass to the venue. You are more than welcome to purchase additional event vouchers either day to play in more events
Alcohol at events
We do not allow guests to consume alcohol in our gaming spaces. Venues which have separate bar areas you are free to use but please do not bring alcohol back into our gaming spaces

Is there WiFi available?
WiFi is available free of charge, no code, but you need to use UOBGUEST and register with your email address and password.
Is there parking at the UOB?
Yes, there is free parking at the University all weekend.
Are there any congestion charge?
No, the University is just outside of the Clean Air Zone. However, you may need to travel through it to get to the University. Link: https://www.gov.uk/clean-air-zones
What's your policy on proxies/play test cards?
Play test cards are not permitted to be used anywhere in our casual or competitive play spaces, this includes Commander etc. Playtest cards will be allowed in our Free Play area as long as they aren’t counterfeit or NSFW.
What time will the Play Pass end?
The Play Pass will run from 10am to 6pm (so the first game will start after 10am and the last game will start at 6pm) on both days. We would expect all games to be complete by 9pm.
Can I buy Event Vouchers without a Pass?
No. When you buy a pass you will receive a wristband. This wristband entitles you to purchase extra Event Vouchers at £5.00 each.
Do I need a pass to get into the venue?
You need a pass to enter the play area. Without a pass you can visit the trader stands and the cafe. There is limited space, and for safety reasons we have to restrict entry to ticket holders only.
