The Enchanted Experience is NOT an entry pass and does not grant access to the LorcanaFest venue on its own and must be paired with a valid Pass

Jump the queues and enter the LorcanaFest venue before anyone else.
A Stress Free Weekend
Your personal Enchanted staff member will be available to assist you in anything you might need across the weekend. Including side event registration and catering services!
Playing in Comfort
Enjoy your Enchanted seating in any scheduled side event or main event where you'll find lore pads, dice, playmats, snacks and refreshments.
Enchanted Prize Tix
Receive 60 Prize Tix on arrival! Plus, any Prize Tix you earn across the weekend that you don't spend at the event can be carried forward to a future event!
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available for this ticket. Once you have registered and purchased your tickets, they are non-refundable.
Transferrable: Tickets are transferrable to a specified name IF you contact events@axionnow.com at least 72 hours before the start of the event with a valid name & email. There will be an admin fee of £5 for this service.
Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund automatically.
Postponement: If the event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund
Terms & Conditions
In order to gain your personalised Enchanted Entry pass by the date of LorcanaFest you must have purchased the package by the 7th March 2025. Any package purchased thereafter will receive their pass after the event.
Prize Tix carried over must be logged with Luke Franks, tournament manager by the end of the event.
For team events, your entire team will sit in the Enchanted seating area but will not have access to the Enchanted Grotto.
Food and Drink service provided by event staff will have to be purchased and will not operate on a tab system.
