Important Announcement regarding DLC Ghent:
Axion Now are aware of the recent announcement regarding the timing for tickets going on sale for Disney Lorcana Challenge, Ghent.
Following close communication with Ravensburger, Axion Now can reassure all attendees at LorcanaFest that a sufficient break will be added to the schedule to ensure that our players have a fair opportunity to obtain a DLC ticket.

Refund Policy
Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available for this ticket.
Transferrable: Tickets are transferrable to a specified name IF you contact events@axionnow.com at least 72 hours before the start of the event with a valid name & email. There will be an admin fee of £5 for this service.
Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund automatically.
Postponement: If the event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund.
This ticket includes a free Saturday Festival Pass.
Players who qualify for the Top cut on Sunday will also receive a free Sunday Festival Pass.
Note: If you qualify for the Top cut and you have purchased a ticket for any Sunday Headline event or Festival Pass, we will refund your Sunday ticket in full
