February has rolled around and it's time to investigate what's happened at Karlov Manor. Join us on Sunday 4th February for our ever popular Axion Now prerelease. With all of your favourite formats, there is something for everyone. Test your metal against the best in the Two Peak Challenge, relax with some prerelease sealed or team up to play some Two-Headed Giant.

Kick off Sunday morning with a healthy dose of sealed Magic. Each player will receive a prerelease pack, consisting of a promo and 6 Murders at Karlov Manor Play boosters. Build your deck and battle through 4 rounds of sealed to earn.... more boosters! And bragging rights of course, there's always bragging rights to be earned.

What's better than drafting on prerelease weekend (well other than also playing sealed and Two-Headed Giant of course)? Here's your chance to give the set a whirl on prerelease weekend. Each player receives 3 boosters and drafts in their pods with the aim to become draft champion for the day.

Murders at Karlov Manor Prerelease 2-Headed Giant (2HG)

You will need a team of two to participate in this event, we cannot assist in organising a partner for you.

Only one member of the team has to purchase a ticket.

The much loved 2HG format returns for Murders at Karlov Manor, after all who wants to be wandering around Karlov Manor on their own? Grab a partner and head along for some action packed fun with this popular multiplayer format. Each player will receive a prerelease pack and teammates can combine their cards to form 2 decks ready to do battle against other 2HG teams.

Two Peaks Challenge

Main sealed & draft prereleases 

Entry Fee: £50.00

The Two Peaks challenge offers the chance to become the Murders at Karlov Manor Prerelease Champion! Spend your day battling your way through 4 rounds of sealed and 3 rounds of draft. The player coming out with the most points at the end of it will become prerelease champion. With it comes a lovely Two Peaks Trophy!

If, perchance, two players earn the same number of points, then the trophy will be given to the player who has won in any head to head they have encountered. If no head to head, or there's been a split, or there are more than two players tied for the most points, the title (and the trophy!) will be awarded on tiebreakers.

COMPANION APP

We use the Companion app for all our events, to display pairings and enter results.

REFUNDS

Ticket price includes £5 non-refundable booking fee.

When life gets in the way ... 

You can cancel in writing until 18:00 on Saturday 3rd February 2024 and you will receive a ticket refund minus a £5 (per ticket) admin charge. Cancellations after this time will NOT receive a refund.

Players who do not turn up for the event will NOT receive a refund.

UNDER 18s

This is an open event - with adults and juniors (13 years and over) playing together. We organise the tournament, we do not take responsibility for the care of 13 - 18 years olds. 13-18 years should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
