CommandFest Leicester 2026 Venue Update
Important Information for Attendees
We want to let everyone know as early and clearly as possible that CommandFest Leicester 2026 will now take place at Leicester City Football Stadium (King Power Stadium). Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside our control, we have needed to move the event from Leicester Tigers Rugby Stadium to a new venue nearby.
We appreciate that a venue change can be frustrating, especially when plans have already been made in advance. The important details remain the same: the event dates, format, activities and your tickets are unchanged and we’re doing everything we can to make the move as straightforward and smooth as possible for attendees.

The Good News - What You Need to Know

The venue has changed from Leicester Tigers Rugby Stadium to Leicester City Football Stadium.

CommandFest will still take place on 24th and 25th October 2026.

All existing tickets remain valid.

The event format, activities, tournaments, artists, traders and schedule remain unchanged.

The new venue is approximately half a mile away from the original venue, around an 8 minute walk or 2 minute drive.

The new venue offers free onsite parking.

An onsite hotel is available at the venue.

The new venue is slighty bigger so there will be more space in event areas

Travel Information
Train
Leicester Train Station is roughly 1.2 miles from the stadium. This equates to an approximate five-minute car journey or up to a 45-minute walk.
Car
The M1 and M69 motorways interchange at Junction 21 (M1), where you should exit and follow the signs for the City Centre via the A5460. Free parking is available at the stadium.
Bus
Several bus services run from Leicester city centre to the stadium, stopping on Aylestone Road, which is a five-minute walk away.
Plane
The stadium is situated just 22 miles from East Midlands Airport, and 36 miles from Birmingham Airport. Alternatively, London-based airports Luton (73 miles), Stansted (96 miles), Heathrow (102 miles) and Gatwick (138 miles) are all well connected by public transport.
