Construct a deck using only cards printed at Common or Uncommon, commanded by an Uncommon Legendary Creature. You will need to make sure you have no more than 16 Uncommon cards in your deck (15 plus your Commander). You are allowed to use Partners, Companions etc as long as the deck otherwise meets their construction rules and they will count towards your Uncommon limit.
